Blue Sherbet Crystals - Very sweet with lots of tang. Great for dipping a lolly into, adding to drinks and party food. Just don't go putting it in your eyes as you will get blue tears. We had a young girl do just that in our sweetshop, its like sand but much worse!
The sherbet itself is like granulated sugar but easily dissolves.
