Product Details

Cinder Toffee - chocolate coated honeycomb centre with sticky golden coloured toffee. Now that’s a mouthful. This stuff is very light so you get a good size chunk to indulge on. It’s a bit like a Crunchy bar on steroids. Did you know this is made using lashings of bicarbonate of soda and vinegar, the two react together to leave a buttery tasting toffee flavour with out any taste of vinegar at all.

Honeycomb (55%) (sugar, glucose syrup, bicarbonate of soda, rice flour), chocolate flavour coating (45%) (sugar, hydrogenated palm fat, whey powder (milk), fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers : sorbitan tristearate, soya lecithin; flavouring). Contains sulphites. GF.

Good honeycomb but the coating is odd

The honeycomb itself is great - crisp golden perfection. However it's a chocolate which shaved a star off. It's a chocolate flavored coating which is a little waxy. I'd recommend getting the straight honeycomb instead.

Cinder toffee has always been one of my favourites but this completely restored my faith. It is crisp yet moist and varying in size and shape. A very good source of enjoyment.
